Hi, I'm Sherolde Hackett, MSW, LCSW, founder of Custera™.
As a clinician, supervisor, and practice owner, I experienced firsthand how supervision documentation often becomes scattered across notebooks, spreadsheets, emails, and shared drives. Important records can be difficult to locate, hours can be challenging to verify, and maintaining organized documentation often requires more time and effort than it should.
I created Custera™ to solve that problem.
My vision was to build a platform specifically for supervisors—a secure, organized place to document supervision sessions, track hours, complete evaluations, manage agreements, and maintain records throughout the supervision journey.
